FunnyBuzzArt is responsible for how information submitted through this website is used. We use it to answer questions, review custom design requests, send updates you subscribe to, and operate and protect the website.
Contact messages
The contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and agreement to this privacy policy. Web3Forms processes your submission and forwards it to FunnyBuzzArt’s email inbox so we can respond. Contacting us does not subscribe you to newsletters.
Custom design requests
Custom requests ask for your name, email, request type, description, intended use, preferred file format, and privacy agreement. You may also provide an Etsy listing URL, reference-image link, deadline, and extra notes. We use these details to assess your idea and discuss the work with you. Web3Forms processes and emails these requests to our inbox. These forms do not upload reference files or store requests in our website database. Files you later send by email are handled in that correspondence. Please share only material you have permission to use, and avoid sensitive personal information.
Creative Club emails
Our mailing signup form is provided by Brevo and embedded from sibforms.com. It collects your email address and marketing permission. Signup uses an email confirmation link: you join the selected mailing list after confirming. Brevo processes the subscription and confirmation information to manage the list and send FunnyBuzzArt designs, seasonal inspiration, and occasional offers. You can withdraw marketing permission using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Contact messages and custom requests are separate from mailing subscriptions.
Spam checks, hosting & embedded services
Web3Forms and hCaptcha help protect contact and custom request forms against abuse. The Brevo signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA. These providers may receive technical information such as your network address, browser/device details, interactions with the spam check, and the page being used. Embedded services may load when the form or page is viewed, before you submit it, and may use cookies or similar browser storage under their own policies.
Vercel hosts the website and may process request logs and technical information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot it. Web3Forms and our email provider process and may retain copies of submitted messages. These providers and their infrastructure may process information outside your country; their policies explain their practices and safeguards.
Links & analytics
Shopping and payments happen on Etsy or Ko-fi, not on this website. Pinterest and other external destinations follow their own privacy policies. Etsy links may include campaign tags identifying the source of a click. Website click logging is not currently enabled. General visitor analytics are not currently connected. FunnyBuzzArt does not place advertising trackers in its own website code; third-party services have their own data practices.
Keeping & deleting information
We keep correspondence as needed to respond, manage requested work, and handle related records or disputes. Newsletter subscription information is used while you remain subscribed; limited unsubscribe or suppression records may be kept to avoid emailing you again. Provider copies, logs, and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements. A fixed automatic deletion period is not currently configured.
Your choices & contacting us
To ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion, use Contact me or message FunnyBuzzArt on Etsy. We may need to confirm that a request relates to you. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location, and some records may need to be retained. You can also unsubscribe from marketing directly in an email. Sending a custom request does not create an order or guarantee acceptance.
